Direct sales
Publish an online store per location — without rebuilding your website.
Your customers order and book their pickup slot on a public page per shop: guest checkout, live order tracking, and per-location visibility and pricing. Custom domain available in Group.
What does a shop get that your website does not give it?
Its own public page, with its own catalogue, its own prices and its own closing days. Customers order as guests, pick a collection slot and follow the order as it moves. What each shop shows and charges is yours to set; BakeWise publishes it and takes the orders.
Calculates. Alerts. Proposes. Doesn't decide. You define which product appears in each shop, at what price, and on what dates. BakeWise publishes, syncs and accepts orders.
What does this cost today?
- Your online store is a PDF on WhatsAppA customer asks "what do you have today?" and you reply by hand. The catalogue is sent as an image, not as a store. Every order is a manual conversation.
- Every shop tells customers different hoursThe Bilbao shop closes on Mondays, San Sebastián doesn't. Google Maps says one thing, the sign on the door says another. The customer arrives to a closed store and never returns.
- Croissant pricing varies by neighbourhood and nothing reflects itDowntown you charge €2.20, in the suburb €1.80. No system knows. Local offers don't make it online. You lose margin and lose sales.

What else gets asked before deciding?
Does the customer have to create an account to buy?
No. Guest checkout: pick products, book a pickup slot and pay without signing up. Less friction, more completed orders.
How do you prevent overselling on pickup slots?
Each slot has a quota. On booking confirmation, the system locks the slot and decrements availability instantly — two customers can't book the same sold-out quota.
Can the customer track their order?
Yes, live and without refreshing the page: the status moves from preparing to ready to delivered in real time. No more 'is it ready yet?' calls.
How long does it take to launch the online store?
An afternoon. If the catalogue already lives in the POS, it imports. Theme + hours + contact config take 30-45 min per shop. Publishing is one click.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, but only on Group. Chain operates under bakewise.app/your-shop with TLS included. On Group you point your CNAME to our edge and we serve your domain with automatic certificates.
Can I charge different prices per shop?
Yes, from Chain onwards. You define pricing rules per location (override of the base price). Local promotions work the same — they only apply where you configure them.
Does the closure calendar sync with the POS?
Yes. The same calendar the POS uses to block sales also blocks the storefront. Holidays, vacations and one-off closures live in a single place.
How does it integrate with my current POS (Square/Toast/Lightspeed)?
Storefront orders land in the POS with their source tag. Square, Toast and Lightspeed have native connectors. Other POS via assisted CSV during onboarding.
