Per-shop P&L. Invoices. Veri*factu.

Gap-free sequential numbering. Monthly consolidated delivery notes with per-rate VAT. One fiscal regime resolved per company — Veri*factu, SII or TicketBAI — and structured B2B e-invoicing on the RD 238/2026 calendar.

Who guarantees the invoice numbering?

The database. Each number is taken under a row lock, so two people issuing in the same second cannot open a gap. Delivery notes consolidate monthly with VAT frozen per rate at delivery, and each company resolves one fiscal regime — Veri*factu, SII or TicketBAI — rather than all three.

Numbering guaranteed by the database (SELECT FOR UPDATE). No gap possible. Automatic consolidation.

What does this cost today?

  1. P&L arrives 15 days lateThe accountant closes the month 15-21 days after. By the time you discover a shop is losing, it's been losing for 3 weeks.
  2. Skipped invoice numberSpanish tax authority detects a gap in sequential numbering. Fine. All because someone deleted a draft invoice.
  3. B2B customers in ExcelYou spend 2 hours every month consolidating delivery notes for a B2B customer. Errors guaranteed.

What is underneath?

  1. Veri*factuSELECT FOR UPDATE on numbering_sequences table. Technical guarantee, not policy.
  2. Per-shop P&LRevenue - COGS - labor - overhead per shop, real-time. Chain+.
  3. Stripe Connect B2BB2B payments with SEPA. Advanced credit notes.
  4. Monthly consolidationAPScheduler at 02:00 UTC by default. Configurable.
  5. One fiscal regime per company, resolved for youVeri*factu and SII are mutually exclusive in law, and the three Basque provinces run TicketBAI / LROE instead. The platform resolves which one applies to each tax ID and suppresses the others, so a group of mixed-domicile companies does not have to remember.
  6. B2B e-invoicing, and VAT that comes from the tillEvery B2B invoice keeps its structured e-invoice record and its delivery status against the RD 238/2026 obligations. The rate arrives per line from the POS — 4, 10, 21 or exempt — instead of being reverse-engineered from a total at month-end.
  7. A SEPA direct-debit file ready for the bankMandates with a validated IBAN — format and check digits — and a pain.008.001.02 file built from the outstanding invoices. Invoices with no mandate do not break the run: they come back in a separate list with their reason, so you know who is missing a signed authorisation. The file carries full IBANs, so it is only handed over through its download, and that download is recorded. Included in Chain.
  8. A credit limit that warns, not one that cuts supplyA limit and a grace period per payer, and a computed advisory — current, in arrears, over the limit, or both — derived from the same balance that feeds the ageing report, so the two numbers cannot disagree. It is informational: no order, delivery or invoice is refused because of it. Stopping supply is a person's decision.

What else gets asked before deciding?

  • What is Veri*factu and why does it matter?

Spanish technical requirement (2026) for invoice numbering to be immutable and gap-free. BakeWise complies via atomic SELECT FOR UPDATE on the sequence — technically impossible to skip a number.

  • Does it support the different VAT brackets (4/10/21%)?

Yes, end-to-end. Each ingredient carries its bracket (4% super-reduced, 10%, 21% or 0%); the delivery note freezes the applicable bracket at delivery time and the monthly invoice consolidates by bracket with AEAT-standard rounding. The taxable base is broken down per rate on the invoice PDF.

  • How does per-shop P&L work?

POS revenue + inventory COGS + workforce labor + overhead allocated per shop. Real-time with 5-min lag. Monthly accounting close remains your accountant's responsibility.

  • Can my accountant fill in the fiscal data?

Yes. You send them a delegation link scoped to the fiscal data only — no account, no platform access. They fill in just what you need and the link expires once used.

  • What if I prefer SEPA / bank transfer?

Stripe Connect supports SEPA (lower fees). You can also generate invoice + delivery note only and collect via your usual channel.

  • Are delivery notes consolidated to invoice automatically?

Yes, in Chain and Group: a monthly job (APScheduler 02:00 UTC configurable) aggregates B2B delivery notes and generates the consolidated invoice with VAT. You can force it manually too.

  • Do you produce the direct-debit file for the bank?

Yes, on both levels. You register the signed mandates (the IBAN is validated as you save it), pick the collection date, and the platform builds the pain.008.001.02 file for you to upload to your bank. Invoices with no mandate or an invalid IBAN do not break the run: they appear separately with the reason. Your company presents the collection at its bank; we prepare the file.

  • Do you block a customer who goes over their limit?

No. You set a limit and a grace period per customer and the platform computes the advisory — current, in arrears, over the limit, or both — and shows it where the decision is made. No order, delivery or invoice is refused automatically over a debt: stopping supply is a commercial decision with legal consequences and a person takes it.
